Here’s how it works for a standard 4-Bedroom Maisonette:
- Foundation – We construct the foundation; you inspect and approve before making the first payment.
- Ground Floor Walling – Completed for your review before the second payment.
- Ground Floor Slab – Done to your satisfaction before you make the third payment.
- First Floor Walling – Constructed and approved before the fourth payment.
- First Floor Slab – Built and confirmed before the fifth payment.
- Fittings & Finishes – Including electricals, plumbing, tiling, and painting. Payment is made only after the final inspection and approval.
